This project ended in December 2011 and is currently being patched up for delivery and the showcase upcoming January 19th. The client was very pleasantly surprised and incredibly satisfied with the quality of this game.
When it's been showcased this blog will receive screenshots. For now you can find some in-progress art under the 'read more'

Practice: Normal Mapped bracelet
Half-bracelet item made to practice normal and specular maps. Time to make was not more than an hour and the model is a single plane. Depth and structure is completely in texture.
Currently working on a game for the University of Maastricht. The department of psychology wants to conduct a research on the (positive) influence of playing games on children's ability to learn and concentrate. The game will train the working memory of the child through different forms of mini-games, all connected to the game's theme: The child can catch animals and set up a zoo filled with sometimes strange but plausible creatures.
I am working primarily as an artist on this project. The creature below is an adaption of a platypus to a more otter-like form. The creatures are designed to have taken different evolutionary paths, instead of being randomly made up.
